Apartment In-Unit Hallway Reconstruction in St. Paul, MN

We were called out to a water loss in an apartment in St. Paul, Minnesota. This water loss was caused by a busted pipe in the ceiling that went from the bathroom, along the hallway, to the bedroom. This customer was very happy they called us to help us with their water loss! In this situation, we used an infrared camera to help us detect water damage that we couldn't see. We found out that the insulation in the ceiling was no longer viable due to being too saturated from the water damage. We removed and repaired the ceiling to provide sufficient insulation.
